This is not a fitness kickboxing room with an MMA label. Evening MMA classes, weekday sparring, and wrestling-for-MMA sit on the same weekly calendar.

Bangkok has plenty of Muay Thai camps and a growing BJJ scene. Dedicated MMA — striking plus wrestling plus jiu-jitsu, with live rounds — is harder to find, especially in air-conditioning on Sukhumvit. Combat Studios runs MMA as the main product: cage-style entries, takedown defense, top control, and striking that still works after a scramble. You will work striking for MMA (hands, kicks, knees), takedowns and sprawls, ground control, and how the pieces connect in rounds. Beginners start with stance, level changes, and positional drilling. People with a fight or amateur date get live wrestling, sparring nights, and private programming. BJJ players use the Tuesday/Thursday midday wrestling slot to close the takedown gap.
Group MMA evenings Monday–Thursday. Monday 18:00 MMA sparring. Wednesday 12:00–14:00 MMA sparring. Friday 17:00 MMA striking, then wrestling / open mat. He teaches MMA that transfers: entries under punches, mat returns, and control against a striking opponent. Brown belt in BJJ under James Grey, Brian Fornasiero, and Danny Berry.

Tommy is a Division I wrestler from the United States, an MMA professional, and a UFC veteran. He is a BJJ black belt. He coaches the grappling half of MMA — takedowns, top pressure, and live wrestling — the same fundamentals that carried him through D1 duals and pro MMA.
